John M. Kolb is the founder, president and senior partner of Kolb & Associates, Ltd. He has over 25 years experience in the development and administration of healthcare and senior-living programs. From New York to Nebraska, John has employed his expertise and skills in overseeing the development of senior-living facilities from the concept and feasibility stage to design, financing and construction.

			Sharon Risser is executive vice president and a partner in the firm. She is a registered nurse whose experience and special skills lie in marketing and sales, public relations, educational seminars, regulatory compliance and developing geriatric programs. In addition to establishing and managing The Villages, Sharon has traveled the United States to address groups on senior-living and long-term care management. She has had three books published by the Briggs Corporation including Operational Guidelines for Assisted Living, & Successful Staffing for Assisted Living.
			Stephen E. De Pue is vice president, financial management for Kolb &Associates, Ltd. He is a certified public accountant and manages the budgeting and accounting for all company projects. Steve’s nearly 30 years of accounting experience include running a successful tax consultation business and being a partner in a multi-location CPA firm.
